Eurovac Cube

The Eurovac Cube is designed for applications involving large volumes of material to be vacuumed up. The vacuum cleaner is suitable for tasks such as vacuuming ash. The unit’s tank is divided into two sections—the first serves as a preliminary cyclone separator, while the second constitutes the actual vacuum cleaner tank.

The machines are equipped with a suitable suction unit and additional accessories, such as a front loader adapter, according to the customer’s wishes and needs.

Blue line 1000

The Eurovac Blue Line 1000 is an industrial container vacuum cleaner that can be equipped with various power options ranging from 11 to 25 kW. The unit features an easy-to-empty, hydraulically operated 1,000-liter waste tank. The suction unit is equipped with a 4 m² star filter. The unit is configured according to the customer’s wishes and needs—it can be equipped with, among other things, an automatic start-up system or aweatherproofcover.

The unit is suitable for vacuuming a wide variety of waste materials, such as construction debris, concrete dust, ash, and metal shavings. It is equipped with pockets for forklift tines and can also be fitted with wheels. A hose with a diameter of up to 102 mm can be used as the suction hose. The device can also be used in construction as a central vacuum unit during construction work. Emptying takes place, for example, directly into a waste container, and the container vacuum cleaner can be equipped with adjustable support legs.

Eurovac Pre-Separators

The pre-separator improves the efficiency of the vacuum system by removing most of the dust and debris before it reaches the vacuum cleaner. This protects the filters, reduces the need for maintenance, and increases the reliability of the entire system.

Solutions for a variety of needs

Tipping vacuum cleaner

The machine is suitable for vacuuming up a wide variety of waste materials, such as construction debris, concrete dust, ash, and metal shavings.

The suction hose can be used in 102 mm and 127 mm diameters.

The filters are cleaned using the suction unit’s own suction power, based on the back-suction principle, in three separate, time-controlled filter sections. This design ensures highly effective filter cleaning even during continuous operation.

The waste container is a container (dump) with a capacity of 1000 liters, which is very easy to empty using a forklift. To do this, the upper part of the unit is lifted hydraulically, and the tipper is picked up by a forklift for emptying. The entire unit can also be moved using the forklift’s forks.

The device is also available with HEPA-13 filtration, which ensures very high filtration efficiency and makes it suitable for demanding work environments.

Eurovac interchangeable container with rotary pistonpump

The Eurovac container vacuum cleaner is a high-performance unit designed for a wide range of applications, making it particularly suitable for large central vacuum systems. The unit is equipped with a suction unit based on a rotary blower (Roots type), which ensures consistent and reliable suction power even under demanding conditions.

The standard model is available with electric motors rated at 37 kW, 45 kW, and 55 kW. Other power options are also available. The unit generates a vacuum of up to 500 mbar and delivers high airflow capacity, enabling efficient operation even in long duct systems.

Filtration is performed using a bag filter with a surface area of 30 m², and the automatic filter cleaning system is powered by the unit’s own drive. This ensures consistent performance and minimal maintenance requirements.

The 13-cubic-meter container allows for the handling of large volumes of material, and its mobile design makes it versatile for use in various locations.

The container can be equipped with ATEX-certified explosion relief membranes when materials prone to dust explosions are being extracted.

Eurovac PP Filter Units

Designed and manufactured in Finland, this construction ensures durability in demanding operating conditions. Automatic compressed-air cleaning guarantees consistent performance. The modular design allows for precise adaptation to a wide range of applications—from silos to conveyors and screens.

Available in two basic designs: an open-bottom model and a model with a bottom cone and suction connection

Equipment options

  • Materials: stainless steel (SS) or galvanized steel
  • Insulation: thermal insulation and, if necessary, an anti-freeze heating cable
  • Fan: enclosed or open; mounted on the side of the unit or as a separate component connected by a cable
  • Channels: recommended transport channels with a longitudinal seam

Cyklony Eurovac

Eurovac cyclones are designed to effectively separate dust, sawdust, wood chips, and other particles from industrial air streams. A cyclone typically functions as a pre-separator upstream of the main filtration system or as part of a larger dust collection system.

Eurovac cyclones are always selected and manufactured to meet the specific requirements of each application. The design takes into account factors such as air volume, the properties of the material being conveyed, particle size, and process requirements.

How does a cyclone work?
A cyclone works based on centrifugal force. Dust-laden air is fed into the cyclone from the side, creating intense swirling motion inside the device. This motion separates the heavier particles from the air stream, after which the material settles to the bottom of the cyclone, and the cleaned air exits at the top.

As a result, the cyclone reduces the load on the main filtration system and improves the efficiency of the entire system.
