The entire equipment can be moved by forklift to the desired location. The unit can also be used as a suction unit for a central vacuum system.

As the filter part of the unit is equipped with its own lifting device, the 200 l waste tank can be easily removed from the unit and emptied by forklift.

The machine is suitable for vacuuming many different types of debris such as construction waste, concrete dust, ash and metal shavings. Thanks to the rotary piston unit high suction power can be achieved even with a moderately small tractor.

Eurovac 53 battery vacuum

The Eurovac battery vacuum cleaner is based on the filter technology and chassis solution of the Eurovac 53 drum vacuum. The unit has a work platform with housings for forklift truck tips. The chassis models are available with tilt and tilting forks. The tipper model can be conveniently emptied by a forklift truck using a wedge in the body, which allows the drum to be tipped empty directly onto the garbage platform without getting off the forklift.

The 1950 W motor power of the Eurovac vacuum provides a vacuum of 120 mbar and an air flow of about 6000 l/min. Battery life is affected by the material to be vacuumed. In normal use, the battery life is approximately 1.5 h and the charging time is 8 h.

Eurovac 53 chip vacuum 4800

The vacuum cleaner has been developed for the vacuuming of chips and shavings from metalworking, as well as for the vacuuming and recycling of blown grit and sand from surface treatment.
The material to be vacuumed is discharged from the cyclone through a counterbalanced bottom flap into the collection container in use.

In the motor unit, the suction power is provided by four powerful motors. The motor unit is equipped with a control centre, which also allows the unit to be used as a central vacuum cleaner.

The filter is a star-shaped filter made of strong, specially coated polyester with a surface area of approximately 2 m². The vacuum cleaner can also be equipped with an electrically driven vibration or compressed air jet cleaning system.

The body of the vacuum has lugs that allow it to be mounted in a variety of locations. We can also manufacture mounting brackets according to the customer's requirements.

Tipping vacuum

The machine is suitable for vacuuming many different types of debris such as construction waste, concrete dust, ash and metal shavings.

The suction hose can be 102 mm or 127 mm.

The filter cleaning is done by the suction unit's own power, based on a counter-pressure in three filter blocks, separately and in a timed manner. The design achieves highly efficient filter cleaning even during continuous operation.

The waste container is a 1000 l tipper, which is very easy to empty with a forklift. In this case, the top of the unit is lifted hydraulically and the tipper is taken out by forklift truck. The complete equipment can also be moved by means of a forklift truck attachment.

The equipment is also available with HEPA-13 filtration level, which ensures very high filtration performance and suitability for demanding environments.
