Oil mist, gas and fume extraction

We provide equipment, accessories and systems for the removal of welding fumes, oil mist and various gases. The extraction can be carried out with suction arms at points or as a more comprehensive system of general ventilation.

Oil mist removal is possible both for individual machines and as a centralised system for several machines at the same time. The installations usually include a blower, filter unit, piping and suction arms.

If necessary, we will design and install the equipment.

Oil mist

For the removal of oil mist from machine tools, we offer individual, machine-specific units as well as centralized oil mist extraction systems.

Properly sized local exhaust ventilation keeps the air clean

Sometimes situations arise where local exhaust ventilation and oil mist separators are inadequate, improperly installed, or undersized; in such cases, harmfuloil mist and welding fumes can spread into the air and onto surfaces in the workspace. This compromises workplace safety and makes floors slippery.

Get Oil Mist and Smoke Extraction Under Control

Spot removal ensures cleaner indoor air and safer floors

When oil mist and welding fumes are effectively removed directly at the source, employees’ health is protected and production facilities remain safe, free of harmful deposits.

01

Better Air to Breathe

Effective local exhaust ventilation prevents respiratory irritation and keeps the air in the workspace fresh.

02

Lower risk of slipping

When oil cannot settle on surfaces, the floors in the facility remain safe to walk on.

03

Properly sized capacity

The system directly meets the requirements set by the new and efficient fleet of machines.
