Filter units with hose filters

Eurovac JCX ja JEX hose filtering units

Product code 087806

Round filtering unit with hose filters. Filter is air pulse cleaned. Units can be equipped with various size dust tanks, rotary pistons and bulk bag holders. Filter bags can be changes through the maintenance door or from the top of the unit.

Available also ATEX classified versions. JCX and JEX units can be placed also outdoors.

Eurofilter filtering unit

Eurofilter filtering units are designed for industrial dust removal. Units are easy to use, reliable and long life systems. Eurofilter units can separate several types of debris, e.g. types of dust and cutting waste from seveval simultaneous users.

Eurofilter filtering units are made out of galvanized steel sheet. Units have filter bags with automatic filter cleaning system using pressured air (6-8 bar/300l/min).

Dust is removed from dust zone and collected using rotary valve to metal tanks with trolley.

Vacumobil

Vacumobil dust extraction units are suitable for many different dust extraction applications. Thanks to its compact design, space requirements are small. The units can be equipped with vibration or compressed air cleaning. Depending on the destination, either a waste bin or a shut-off feeder is selected for the device. Also available as a briquette press.

Filter units with cartridges

Cartridge filter units are designed for fine and dry dust. The filter surface and material are selected according to the dust to be sucked and the amount of air required. Cartridge filters usually have a large amount of air but less dust. The units are manufactured for air volumes up to 350,000 m3 / h. Filter cleaning is performed automatically on a timed basis or based on the pressure difference by means of a compressed air jet. We have a wide range of cartridge filter units and can be used to customize according to customer needs. Dust can be collected in a container desired by the customer or returned for recycling. The container can be a tank, a skipper, a big bag or even a waste container. Dust can also be transferred to a container with a screw or dropped directly onto the conveyor.

4500 Cartridge filter unit

Filter unit with cartridge filter. Suitable for small amounts of dust and air, for example in connection with grinding machines and small machine tools. Also suitable as a filter unit for central vacuum systems if the pressure is less than 350 mbar. Can also be equipped with a shut-off feeder for unloading into a rubbish bin or big bag.

XXL Cartridge filter unit

Cartridge filter unit with a specially designed gravity-operated dust-inlet side. In addition, the unit has built-in baffles that protect the cartridges from wear and distribute air evenly through the filter. The filter has an efficient filter cleaning based on compressed air. If the dust load is high, it is recommended to use a polyester filter instead of a paper filter.

There are several models according to the filter area, up to 350,000 m3 of air volume. The unit can be equipped with a dust container or a shut-off feeder.

Cyclone with 200 liter barrel

Product code 090301

Pre-separator cyclone is placed on top of 200 liter barrel. It pre-separates shavings and saw dusts. Can be connected to sawdust pipelines in front of filter and blower.

Wall amount cyclone has its own lifter. Thanks to its structure pre-separator works on full range even with barrel getting full of debris. Cyclone is designed for pre-separating fine dust e.g. ash, concrete dust, saw dust and shavings. Adjustable for all size hoses and vacuums.

Cyclone is designed for 1300 – 4700 m³/h air flow and 35000 Pa (350 mbar) pressure.
