XXL Cartridge filter unit

Cartridge filter unit with a specially designed gravity-operated dust-inlet side. In addition, the unit has built-in baffles that protect the cartridges from wear and distribute air evenly through the filter. The filter has an efficient filter cleaning based on compressed air. If the dust load is high, it is recommended to use a polyester filter instead of a paper filter.

There are several models according to the filter area, up to 350,000 m3 of air volume. The unit can be equipped with a dust container or a shut-off feeder.

IPERJET DF series

Welding gas extractor CleanGo 2015

The redesigned CleanGo 2015 is an efficient mobile suction and filtration unit for welding gases and other vapors. In addition to a filtration efficiency of more than 99%, activated carbon also filters odors almost totally and thus improves the quality of the working environment.

Not suitable for filtering RST or aluminum welding gases. For this we recommend the Cleaning DF model with Hepa filtration.

Thanks to its compact size, the device is suitable for applications where space is limited and an efficient filtration unit is required. In addition, by filtering the sucked air back into the working space, significant savings in heating costs are also achieved during the winter. Noil oil mist separators

Noil filtering unit is designed for oil mist extraction enabling to collect the filtered air for recycling. Filtering unit is used with e.g. lathers, industrial printing press and thread cutting. The unit is not suitable for smoke ecxtraction.

BIA USGC classified cellulose primery filter with PE main filter reach 98% oil mist filtering result. Noil filtering unit collects filtered oil through outlet fitting. Outlet hose must air-tightly connected.

Selecting Noil filtering unit

Air flow minimum 200 times / hour. Air change rate should be at least 200 times per hour. For example inside CNC machine every 1m³ needs 200 m³ hourly ventilation.

If CNC machinery dimensions are 1,2 m x 1,5 m x 2 m, volume is  3,6 m³. Thus  (200 m³/h x 3,6 = 720 m³/h) air change rate should be 720 m³/h. Proper oil mist filter would be Noil 08 for maximum 800 m³ hourly ventilation.

Oilstop oil mist extraction units are designed for vacuuming oil mist and fumes from machinery. Oilstop has extraction tube with threads that causes air rotation separating most of the liquids before the filters. And filters remove the rest of polutions from the air.

Oilstop is available with or without a blower so it can be connected to another suction unit. Units can be equipped with HEPA-13 filter.

Oilstop/M

Oilstop / M oil mist devices are independent devices that are intended for use e.g. for sucking oily mists and fumes from machine tools. The oily air is sucked into the device along a pipe, the spiral of which causes a rotational movement which separates most of the liquid substances even before the filters. The remaining air contaminants remain in the filters of the device.

Oilstop / M models can also be equipped with HEPA 13 filters
