Special vacuum for heavy duty cleaning when suction power and sustainability is needed. Waste container is a 200 liters barrel that can be emptied by forklift thanks to the forklift pockets on the trolley. With 53 Vacuum you can vacuum dry waste mixed with fluids. Waste like shavings, ash, sand etc.

When vacuuming large amount of liquids the machine is equipped with a float body that shuts of the airflow through the machine when the maximum liquid level is reached. Vacuum has a star-filter with filtering area 2 m² and manual filter-shaker. Thanks to the suction power you can use long suction hose sizes 38, 50 up to 76 mm.

With 53 Tank Vacuum you can vacuum liquids and wet waste simultaneously with dry dust.

The Eurovac Blue Line 200 vacuum cleaner includes a filter unit, debris tank, side channel blower and starter with frequency converter.

The entire unit can be moved by forklift to the desired location. The unit can also be used as a suction unit for a central vacuum system.

As the filter part of the unit is equipped with its own lifting device, the 200 l waste tank can be easily removed from the unit and emptied by forklift.

The tank is also equipped with a tilting knife. This makes the unit suitable for vacuuming large quantities of even heavier dirt such as sand, metal scrap and shavings.

The filter is equipped with a compressed air filter cleaning system. The filter material is PTFE-coated polyester, making it resistant to small amounts of moisture.

Eurovac vacuum container can be provided with power range 3,6-25 kW. Vacuum containers have 600 liters waste containers with hydraulic side door. Suction unit has a star filter, filtration area 4 m². Under request available with accessories like auto-switch or season cover.

Eurovac vacuum container can vacuum e.g. construction waste, silicon dust, ash and metal cuttings. Container has forklift pockets and can be provided with wheels. Can be used with suction hoses sized up to 102 mm. Container vacuums are ideal for construction or demolition site. Can be emptied to open top container.

Blue line 1000 TR tractor vacuum cleaner

Eurovac Blue Line 1000 TR tractor vacuum cleaners use the tractor’s articulated axle for suction power.
recommended tractor power of at least 40kW. Thanks to the rotary piston unit
high suction power can be achieved even with a moderately small tractor.

The filter unit of the unit is equipped with 12 m² lamella filters.
The filters are cleaned manually by means of a shaker.
The 1500 litre waste tank is equipped with a hydraulically operated discharge hatch, so that

Eurovac 53 battery vacuum

Eurovac battery-operated vacuum has Eurovac 53 barrel vacuum filtering system. Available with 4-wheeled trolley and forklift pockets. Trolleys have either tipping tank or hand crank tipper. Tipping tank can easily be emptied with forklift.

Eurovac battery-operated vacuums 1950 W motor produces 120 mbar pressure drop and ca. 6000 l/min airflow. Battery life is depending on vacuumable material. In everyday use battery life is about 1,5 hours and it takes 8 hours to charge fully.

Eurovac 53 chip vacuum 4800

The vacuum cleaner has been developed for vacuuming chips and chips from metal processing, as well as for vacuuming and recycling blasting grain and sand used in surface treatment.
The material to be vacuumed is discharged from the cyclone through a counterbalanced bottom flap into a collection container in use.

In the motor unit, the suction power is provided by four powerful motors. The motor unit is equipped with a control center, which also allows the device to be used as a central vacuum cleaner.

The filter in the vacuum cleaner is a star-shaped filter made of strong specially coated polyester with an area of about 2 m². The vacuum cleaner can also be equipped with electric vibration or compressed air cleaning.

The body of the vacuum cleaner has lugs on which it can be installed in many different places. We also manufacture mounting brackets according to the customer’s wishes.

The Eurovac Cube is designed for areas where the amount of materials being vacuumed is large. The vacuum cleaner is suitable for example vacuuming ash.

Tipping vacuum

The device is suitable for vacuuming many different types of debris, such as construction waste, concrete dust, ash and metal chips.

A suction hose of up to 125 mm can be used as a suction hose and can be connected as a central vacuum unit to a central vacuum line of up to 127 mm, depending on the power option.

All units are equipped with remote vacuum start readiness.
The filter unit can be equipped with different power options from 22 to 55 kW. Filter cleaning is performed by the suction unit on its own, based on counter-suction in three filter blocks timed separately. The design achieves very efficient filter cleaning even during continuous use.

The waste bin has a 1000 l skipper, which is very easy
empty with a forklift. In this case, the top of the unit is lifted hydraulically and the skipper is emptied with a forklift. All hardware
can also be moved with a fork spike fit.

The device can also be equipped with an ATEX-certified pressure relief membrane or flame arrestor if potentially explosive dust is sucked into the device. In addition, the equipment can be equipped with fire extinguisher equipment.
