Suction units

Our central vacuum units are custom designed to meet the spesific needs. Side channel blower is used as the suction unit in smaller systems. High pressure rotary piston blower is used as the suction units in larger systems, even more than 1000 metres long piping.

Demountable suction unit

The device is usually equipped with a 45 kW electric rotary piston suction unit. There are many power options. The device is also available with its own diesel engine, as it can be used in places where there is no electricity available or the power supply is so small that it is not enough to achieve the required suction power.

Filters in three blocks and cleaning of filters based on efficient recirculation.

The device can be easily moved between possible different objects. The high capacity enables long pipelines (over 1000 m) as well as the vacuuming of very heavy goods.

  • The volume of the rubbish bin is 13 m3.
  • The filter unit is equipped with hose filters with a filter area of ​​30 m2.
  • The filter cleaning works automatically on the suction unit’s own power based on the counter-suction.

Front loader suction unit

We manufacture special suction units with front loader fitting according to the customer’s needs.

Tipping vacuum

The device is suitable for vacuuming many different types of debris, such as construction waste, concrete dust, ash and metal chips.

A suction hose of up to 125 mm can be used as a suction hose and can be connected as a central vacuum unit to a central vacuum line of up to 127 mm, depending on the power option.

All units are equipped with remote vacuum start readiness.
The filter unit can be equipped with different power options from 22 to 55 kW. Filter cleaning is performed by the suction unit on its own, based on counter-suction in three filter blocks timed separately. The design achieves very efficient filter cleaning even during continuous use.

The waste bin has a 1000 l skipper, which is very easy
empty with a forklift. In this case, the top of the unit is lifted hydraulically and the skipper is emptied with a forklift. All hardware
can also be moved with a fork spike fit.

The device can also be equipped with an ATEX-certified pressure relief membrane or flame arrestor if potentially explosive dust is sucked into the device. In addition, the equipment can be equipped with fire extinguisher equipment.

Eurovac rotary piston blower units

Eurovac rotary piston units are complete vacuum / blow units. Unit includes high-quality Roots pump, electric motor, belts, silencers and platform. Units can be equipped with extra silencer case.

The most popular models 37 and 45 kW are in store. Commonly the unit are installed to several hundreds of meters long central pipeline system.

Rotary piston units are recommended for heavy loads of debris. We manufacture units to meet custom demands up to 200 kW power.

The filter unit can be equipped with different power options from 3.6 to 25 kW. The vacuum cleaner is equipped with an easy-to-empty, hydraulically openable 600 l waste bin. The suction unit has a 4 m² star filter. The device is equipped with a suction unit and accessories according to the customer’s wishes and needs, such as automatic start-up or weather protection.

The device is suitable for vacuuming many different types of debris, such as construction waste, concrete dust, ash and metal chips. The device is equipped with fork tines and can also be equipped with wheels. A suction hose of up to 102 mm can be used as a suction hose. Blue line 200 vacuum with bulk bag loader

The Eurovac Blue Line 200 central vacuum unit is intended as a central vacuum unit for construction sites and other sites where there is a large amount of debris. Garbage collects in a 200 l large bag, from where it can be easily transported dust-free with a crane or forklift, eg to a waste platform. The vacuum cleaner itself can also be moved to the destination by many different means.

Blue line 60 series central vacuum cleaners

Eurovac Blue Line central vacuums are designed for heavy use. Available with either integrated side channel blower and filtering unit or  separate suction and filtering units.

Vacuum has 60 or 100 liters tank that is easy to empty and  polyester star filter with filtration area 4 m². Manual filter-shaker.

Under request also available with tank that be covered with bin bag. HEPA filter is available under request. Thus filtering efficiency can reach up to 99,97 percent.

Eurovac Blue Line can be used as construction site vacuum. After construction it can be used as a central vacuum unit.

Center 3010 TS

At the heart of the new generation Center TS is the turbine-powered suction motor, which is in a class of its own in terms of power and service life compared to conventional central brush vacuum cleaners. Blue line 200

The Eurovac Blue Line 200 vacuum cleaner includes a filter unit, debris tank, side channel blower and starter with frequency converter.

The entire unit can be moved by forklift to the desired location. The unit can also be used as a suction unit for a central vacuum system.

As the filter part of the unit is equipped with its own lifting device, the 200 l waste tank can be easily removed from the unit and emptied by forklift.

The tank is also equipped with a tilting knife. This makes the unit suitable for vacuuming large quantities of even heavier dirt such as sand, metal scrap and shavings.

The filter is equipped with a compressed air filter cleaning system. The filter material is PTFE-coated polyester, making it resistant to small amounts of moisture.

Filtering units

Filtering unit with hooklift container

Filtering unit with hooklift container has a rotary piston vacuum unit. Can be equipped with any sized electrical motor, the most popular motor is 45 kW. Under request available also with diesel motor for environments with low electric capacity.

Filtering unit has three filter blocks. Filter cleaning is based on backflow technique.

Thanks to great suction power unit can be used with long pipeline systems (over 1000 m) and vacuuming heavy loads of waste.

Filtering unit with 1000 liters skip for central cleaning systems. Filtering unit includes 63 pc hose filters, total filtering area 20 m2.

Filter cleaning is based on backflow technique preseted separately in three different filter blocks. The filtering technique allows filter cleaning during operation. Waste container has hydraulic lift enabling container emptying with forklift.

Eurovac filtering unit 1400 is designed to be used in central vacuum systems for large amounts of waste and several simultaneous users.

Eurovac filtering unit 1400 makes it possible to use 75 kW rotary piston suction unit in central vacuum system. Filter cleaning is based on backflow technique allowing filter cleaning during operation.

Cyclone separator with 53 longopac trolley
