Eurovac MB series

Eurovac MB series blowers are designed for transmitting clean air, e.g. for machinery cooling. Blowers are made out of epoxy coated steel with forward curved blade radial impeller. Maximum temperature of transmitted air 130°C. With extra heat sink can be used transmitting air up to to 250°C. Thus blower should be air cooled after the use to prevent motor damages. Maximum operation temperature 50°C with single phase motor and 60°C with three phase motor.

MB P/R series

Eurovac MB P/R series blowers are designed for transmitting material but not textile fiber. Blowers are made out of epoxy coated steel. Radial blade impeller is also out of steel.

Air to be transmitted can be 130°C. Maximum operating temperature 60°C.

With extra heat sink can be used transmitting air up to to 250°C. Thus blower should be air cooled after the use to prevent motor damages.

MBCA series

Maximum temperature of air to be transmitted +130°C, operating temperature +60°C.

Maximum operation temperature with one phase motor 50°C and with three phase motor 60°C.

Rita BF534

Rita Cleaning BF534 blower is portable dryer with rear-wheels and telescopic handle. Firm PE cover insulation makes it safe to use. Blower has 3-step switch for adjusting air flow. Blower has 420x100mm adapter that can be used e.g. with 600mm flexible duct.

DF/S series

Rotary piston blowers

Eurovac rotary piston blower systems

Independent Eurovac rotary piston blower systems are independent suction and blower unit. Systems have high quality Roots pump, electric motor, belts, noise reduction and installing platform. Under request available with extra noise reduction and case. The most common models 37 and 45 kW are in store.

Systems are used as a suction/blower unit in even hundreds of meters long central cleaning system pipelines. Rotary piston unit is recommended with heavy waste streams.

Units can be customized up to 200 kW power.

HJBM Series includes five models of blowers diameter 350-560 mm with 2, 4 and 6 pole single or three phase motor. Motor power range 0,09-0,55 kW. Air flow range 2850-11500 m3/h.

Motor case made out galvanized steel and radial impeller out of glass fiber-reinforced polyamide. Under request blower is available also with aluminum radial impeller. Wall amount blower is designed for air conditioning in smaller building and industrial plants. Maximum air temperature 50°C (single phase motor) or 60°C (three phase motor).

MAX series

Eurovac MAX series blowers are designed for transmitting air in ATEX certified II3G/D zones ( 1, 2 for gas-vapor-mist and 22 for dust) that must be protected from effective sources of ignition.

Wall mount HMX series blowers are built to meet the standards 94/9/CE. Blowers are epoxy coates steel and have an aluminum radial impeller. Blower can be used in temperature range 20-80°C.

MBX series

Blowers are epoxy coates steel and have a forward curved aluminum radial impeller.

Blowers pipe fitting is sparkles made out of either copper or aluminum. Maximum temperature of transmitted air is 80°C.

JE-45 insulation tape

The Eurovac JE-45 tape allows a flexible connection from the fan to the pipe. The strip has two 45mm wide metal strips with a 60mm wide flexible flange in between. Continuous heat resistance max + 200 ° C and + 400 ° C / 2h.

Shutters
